Enrolment Information
Ready to enrol in our School? We’re here to guide you through the process. Please note enrolments are accepted one year prior for primary schools and two years for secondary schools.

Please follow the steps below to enrol:
- If you have a child already enrolled in one of our Sydney Catholic Schools (view our list of schools here).
- Would like to enrol another child (sibling)?
Before getting started save time by having the below documents photographed or scanned and ready:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunisation Certificate
- Parish Priest reference form (if applicable)
- A small, recent photo of the student
- Baptismal and Sacramental Certificate/s (if applicable)
- Most recent school report (if applicable)
- Most recent NAPLAN results (if applicable)
- Evidence of residency status (if applicable)
- Diverse learning needs assessment (if applicable)
- Relevant medical information/Clinical assessments (if applicable)
- Log into Compass, using the Compass portal from your current school
- Select the
icon in the top right-hand corner - Scroll down to ‘Family & Enrolments‘
- Select and complete your child’s existing student profile
- Follow the prompts to update all mandatory fields and upload supporting documentation
- Select ‘Create an application‘ to start the application process for any Sydney Catholic School
- Follow the prompts to complete the application.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application. Your first preference school will contact you to guide you through the next steps in the enrolment application process.
Please note that applications are assessed in accordance with the Sydney Catholic Schools Enrolment Policy and available places at the school. Submitting an application does not guarantee an enrolment offer.
